- Fastly sharpen both technical and people skills - Can lead a project and understand the development project from end-to-end - Can experiment with different UIs -> Learn how the visuality and functionality make a great product experience - Great lessons on considerations to scale a product in different markets with localization

Minpunten

- Too many drivers in a project - Not a lot of benefits - Not care about the metrics until recently - Not really have a strategy as directions changed constantly
