Después de 3 años seguidos de compra, fusión, integración, etc... Ahora nos enfrentamos a otra integración con Flipp. Mandan ellos. Todos a adaptarnos completamente a su forma de trabajar, modificando nuestros horarios y perdiendo beneficios adquiridos por "apoyar a la empresa en momentos duros". Los momentos duros: despidos masivos que dejan a los equipos con menos manos y el mismo nivel de faena. El sueldo, tema completamente tabú. Malgastan el dinero y nos quedamos sin cena de empresa, ni cesta, ni un incentivo. Conformate con un triste picoteo escaso y pobre.

- most decisions are managed as a secret. So you can’t be transparent towards your colleagues. And management it’s all secrecy until you end up finding out things by a different people something that involves you or your team. - it’s very hard to grow here. - the company is very disorganized - HR team, I’m not sure why these people decided to dedicate to work on this area but they are not empathetic towards the employees
