Pluspunten

Great compensation, very hands-on and encouraging job support. Relaxed attitude even though work was very demanding. Working from home was a massive plus for me.

Minpunten

Work is very demanding, especially when juggling multiple chats. Very emotionally draining to remain chipper and helpful all day. Wine and silence was necessary in the evenings.

Remote first culture. If you want freedom of location and a company to truly mean and support it - this is the place.

Minpunten

Constant change. Nothing to hold on to in this role, compensation, KPI's, tools all change every quarter.

High comp and AI forward. One of the few remote places left.

Minpunten

Upper management basically openly disdains the “working class”, and it’s a major jostle among the VP and Director level for currying favor with the CEO. The investment in AI tooling is smart but also the C suite majorly suffers from AI psychosis, it’s embarrassing, actually.
