Culture that values personal growth and wellbeing. Friendly people who love to talk about ideas. If you have a good idea, you get the resources to run with it.

Minpunten

Can be mentally draining if you don't learn to pace yourself in such an ambitious environment. Chaotic - though that can be a good thing compared to the alternative (bureaucratic processes).

Remote first culture. If you want freedom of location and a company to truly mean and support it - this is the place.

Minpunten

Constant change. Nothing to hold on to in this role, compensation, KPI's, tools all change every quarter.

High comp and AI forward. One of the few remote places left.

Minpunten

Upper management basically openly disdains the “working class”, and it’s a major jostle among the VP and Director level for currying favor with the CEO. The investment in AI tooling is smart but also the C suite majorly suffers from AI psychosis, it’s embarrassing, actually.
