I was there a little under 2 years. My departments' commission was cut 3 separate times! They underpay their workers compared to industry competitors. Prided themselves on not being a "Call Factory" bashing other local companies "W&S" "TQL" for their turnaround and management.... they are very quickly following suit with the companies they bash in the interview process. Department was often managed by emotions and personal relationships and not production and results. Double Standards. They know who they are going to hire for promotions before they have interviews.
