some aspects are great like the free lunches and variety of snacks and location of the office. Personally I had a great manager and team, fairly good collaboration with other teams.
Minpunten
very cliquey, not the most welcoming culture and when looking back, it is not the most diverse. felt fairly demotivated due to the cliquey office culture but overtime it got better. had had plenty of changes in the last 3-4 years and can feel everyone is always on edge, with the new merger/acquisition I can anticipate a lot of changes but do not really see this as the most profitable company. did notice some favouritism.
