Don't let the glossy website fool you Continuously asked to share misinformation with direct reports, colleagues and customers so finding myself on the back foot most days Promotion or salary increase very difficult to attain regardless of ones performance Too much hype not enough substance.... Great company value

Historically had good pros (but they are disappearing). Still has a very good healthcare plan, good people, and a flexible office policy.

Minpunten

Lots of big changes with a merger and a PE firm coming in. Many well liked leaders choosing to leave. Processes and strategy disappearing. Communication from leadership becoming less transparent.
