Their behavior is not respectful—borderline racist, no proper work ethics. HR team is very weak. They only say “yes sir, yes madam,” never stand up for employees. Looks like they’re scared of global leadership. Work-life balance is tough. Too much pressure, always working like there’s no tomorrow.Recent hires are shocking, babai. Many new people don’t have proper experience or qualification, but still they got selected—just because they know someone from earlier companies. So many external consultants also got hired randomly.
