Pluspunten
Shvintech is young company and is in growing mode. Management is keep on trying hard to get new client accounts. Have been performing balance in terms of revenue and payments good during COVID-19 pandemic. Work life balance is OK but it dependes on Client and it's project. Compensation wise it is good as a young company. Again it is based on Person's experience, Project etc. Learning wise, it is based on Client's projects. In my experience,i was introduced to a lot of new technologies, frameworks, tools etc. I am happy from that direction. Have been noticing few improvements like streamlining Recruiting end.
Minpunten
Being as a young company, it has few hiccups in implementing industry standard processes. Management reach out to employees is less. Office Premises could be improved.
