I’m not quite sure what the strategy is here... if there is one! It feels like upper management threw the steering wheel to middle management and said, "Have fun!" The result? Micro-management galore! You’ll feel like a contestant on a reality show where every episode is about finding new ways to create stress and ignore work-life balance. The work environment? Let’s say, you can expect a lot of feedback… as long as it’s about the mistakes you’ve made. Constructive criticism? Not so much. They seem to be importing bad management practices from different places. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy a confusing work environment and bad cultural practices.
