Minpunten
Due to the flat structure and no seniority levels defined inside the organization, there is little to no way to move up the ranks. Despite home office specific projects can require 1 or more office days. Yearly bonus depends on the entire organization's performance, which has been lackluster lately and no bonuses are awarded. Performance reviews twice a year from which one of them has no effect on salary it is basically just extra documentation. Pay is still consistently below average even with salary increases.
