Reactie van Sigma Technology
5yThank you for your feedback. We are both sad and feel very concerned about your experience. When it comes to HR procedures, working environment, and overtime policies, all our companies inside Sigma Technology Group in Sweden are following the requirements defined in the collective agreement between Almega and the union. For our offices in Hungary and China, we have similar agreements. These regulations set the basis for our personnel policies and are the foundation of our employer offer. Moreover, overtime is very unusual, and we try to compensate customer needs with more resources instead.
We have decided to make our organization as lean and flat as possible by giving managers direct responsibility for both sales and HR processes. This helps us to ensure that our organization is hierarchy-free, where managers are always easy to get in contact with and are fully aware of each employee’s situation to be able to follow personal and professional growth. To ensure that we have a transparent escalation process, we have also defined contact persons to contact in case direct escalation to the manager is not possible or appropriate.
When defining compensation and salary packages we benchmark ourselves with the industry and other employers to ensure that we have a fair offer. The technical communication area, especially in the consulting business, is challenging though where both customer rates and salary levels are held back. We are working constantly to develop the industry standards and have regular dialogues with the customers to push for the value of information engineering and expert consultancy.
Working environment rules, escalation processes, and HR processes are all there and, to our knowledge, followed. Therefore it is important for us to actively improve your situation. For us to be able to do this, please email us your feedback at feedback@sigmatechnology.se.
