Cannot say enough positive things about being a part of this team. Leadership just gets it. They make wise decisions about what to do with the company and when. They treat this as a long term family investment and that's what you are when you come here. Part of the family. I have never seen a C-suite so humble and so accessible to even the lowest ranking team member. Contrary to a lot of places these days hard work IS recognized and rewarded here. I dare say some growing pains but even they are nothing really to be discouraged about. You have so much support from the team and so much positive momentum around that any challenges here still beat a bad day anywhere else ten fold.
