Poor compensation, poor insurance, poor flexibility - werkgeversreview Product Specialist bij Signals

Pay is poor compared to other companies. Medical insurance is awful comparied to other companies (close $500 per month in premiums). Very poor flexibility. I became a single dad while working there and they were not accomdating to working at home when I needed to, even during the pandemic. Very high curn rate for employees. Many full-time employees left while I was there, probably due to the poor way in which the company is run and the poor employee experience.
