Pluspunten
Working at ChatFunnels is by far my favorite job that I've had, but different people may be looking for different things. ChatFunnels is a startup with a small engineering team, so everyone is expected to contribute and to wear a lot of hats. I've learned a ton here, I have a lot of autonomy in how I approach my projects, and the work I do feels meaningful. There is no micromanaging at all, but plenty of mentoring and lots of opportunity for career growth. The team is great, the technologies we use are relevant and interesting, and I definitely feel valued. I can't speak for the other teams here, but I would 100% recommend the engineering team to anyone looking for a challenging and engaging work environment.
Minpunten
As much as I enjoy the work that I do here, I wish we had more time off and more remote work options. Everyone is expected to be in the office every day and the vacation package is pretty limited compared to some other tech companies. The hours are reasonable though, so the work/life balance is comparable to other places I have worked.
