      Everything is bad in this company. Seriously I have seen hell in the company n with immense trouble I have resigned from the company. Senior management will not bother your problems though u say anything r even u die. They will trust managers and team leads only. Here comes the mentality of TL n manger who r not worth their position n just being relative of MD they r in their position. Only if you Praise them n act as they said they will give positive feedback abt u. Else u r dead. Such a worst company.🙏. Management has to understand employees problems

      Pluspunten

      Flexible work hours and ample time off. This is a company that has done its best to drive financial performance and keep its workforce through COVID and now the latest geopolitical headwinds. I really like the people I work with, and what we're able to produce.

      Minpunten

      Like any job there can periods of high stress and pressure. But it does feel like management is trying in earnest to steer the ship in a way that works out best for employees.

      Work from home can be nice

      Rolling layoffs framed as reorganization all while pushing AI usage. No professional development opportunities - C-Suite is incredibly out of touch and it would serve the company well if they reevaluated their priorities and made the generous call of stepping away from the company and people they do not care about. If you are in a higher paying country, you are in danger.
