Low salary when compared to all of the job responsibilities vs. nursing management at other hospital systems/facilities 4. Expectation to be accessible 24/7 by senior leadership who will call/text/email at all hours/times even when it is something that can be handled the following business day. 5. Despite constant meetings and voicing concerns or opinions, little is changed until it is a concern for senior leadership
