Employees used to have good benefits , good bonuses , good hikes .Nothing at all now.
Good work life balance . In fact few people have only life ,no work .

Frequent organisational changes ,changes in the reporting structure . I don't know what results these changes have brought .After all these changes the company still struggles with the structure. No recognization for good work . You get a spot award , irrespective of your work . They give awards just for the sake of it .

Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
