try to do to much micromanagement for every thing, come office to everyday, this that everything
All hiring is biased, if you have contact in higher position you can easily get into signify

My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market

Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
