We did want to acknowledge your comment about “trauma bonding.” While recruitment can naturally be a high-pressure career—especially during the market challenges of 2023–2024—we never want that to define the employee experience. We were also surprised and disappointed to read your comments regarding Ryan Adams (CEO), particularly as he has not directly managed any team members for over a year. Ryan continues to play a strategic role in shaping our global culture and operations, including policies designed to support autonomy and trust. These include two remote work days per week, flexible working hours, and early-finish Fridays—initiatives we believe contribute to a positive and adult-led working environment.
We also conduct annual salary reviews to ensure our compensation remains competitive with market standards and aligned with both performance and contribution.
While we’re proud of the culture we’re building, we understand there’s always room for growth. We take concerns around cliques and team dynamics seriously and remain committed to fostering a transparent, inclusive, and collaborative culture for everyone.
