- You will probably never work in a nicer building - Projects are fairly straightforward, channel letter sets, monument, pylons - nothing too creative or brain-busting. - They treat their employees with respect - Organized environment and they are always looking for ways to improve. - You can speak freely and bluntly with some upper management. - Stable business that provides a great product and service overall. - The president is a great person to learn from and voice your opinions to if need be. - Easy to make friends here and have a supportive team on your side. - Monthly company lunches and safety rewards are a nice touch and unique among sign companies. - Profit sharing and 401k are decent.

- One of the PM directors is way over their head and is generally unpleasant to work with. - Some groups are very cliquey and tattletales. If you are in that group, ask to get out immediately, you will thank yourself later. It should be very obvious who this group is. - Pay isn't great unless you're upper management. However, upper management tends to stay for long periods of time so ask for raises! - They overload you with projects (talking 70-100 at times) since there is so much business to go around. - Can be a very stressful job most times, but I suppose that comes with the territory.
