Pluspunten

For the most part the employees and management get along great. It was never boring. No nights or weekends except for inventory once a year. There is some overtime.

Minpunten

You can't celebrate holidays or birthdays. Pay is low, pay raises were also low by industry standard and there are no opportunities to move up. Benefits were at the low end as well.

Very understanding, gives second chances, the pay is top dollar with no surprises, great supervisor and bosses.

No cons, you work you get paid you enjoy the extra benefits

Pay was good but that’s the only pro I found

The workers are lazy, scrolling on amazon all day, the management is horrible and does nothing to improve the worker’s experience. The training needs TONS of work.
