- Culture: Management really understands work-life balance and sets reasonable and motivating expectations for their employees. In my previous work experience, culture was defined by birthday cakes, 5a7 and lack of respect and transparency. It was very refreshing to come to a company that tries to reflect nonprofit culture through honesty and transparency, stability and sustainability, respect and support. - Voice: Management frequently asks for feedback and help making decisions. I feel like my opinions and skills are valued at SPS. - Work-life balance: I am currently a full-time University student. Work hours are flexible from semester to semester and my time is more flexible during exam periods. - Work frequency, diversity, and flexibility: During my interview, the GM promised I would never be bored... I have not been yet! I have my hands in a little bit of everything (cash flow/receivables/payables, marketing, administration). While I have weekly responsibilities and quarterly goals, I can more or less decide what my days will look like (also a little bit the nature of the role). - Professional growth: The work and certain colleagues have challenged me to become a better team player and communicator. I am constantly learning hard and soft skills at SPS. - Personal growth and content: On a personal note, working at SPS has made me a happier person in general.

- Sometimes management is slow at making decisions. I do understand that it is usually because they treat all decisions with sensitivity to maintain and strengthen the company's culture.
