Pluspunten

Very busy role which allowed for exposure to various HR matters and as such there were never-ending learning opportunities. Flexible working and WFH are highly supported. Great salary and the ability to take advantage of a tax free portion of salary. Fantastic leaders who were open to receiving advice from HR.

Minpunten

Managers placed in leadership positions who lacked leadership skills and had no interest in creating a psychologically safe environment for their team. Unrealistic expectations at times without providing sufficient support.

Insecure and incompetent management make you feel better about yourself as a person.

Management are threatened by anyone who can think for themselves. They pick favourites who are equally out of their depth and stick together. Bullying and intimidation tactics are all they have. Not the place it used to be.
