Food is good, engineers are genuine and helpful, Teams are motivated, Office is nice and clean. Salary is high. People stay for long time. Difficult to get fired. No one get angry or shouts. Cool Christmas parties. They have a good bar. You have some freedom to pursue projects which is nice.

Architects Live in the past, Good luck getting more than a 2% raise each year. Good luck on getting a title change or moving up the ladder. Dimension (their main product) is a MONOLITH software package, it runs on APL which is a computer language from the 70s mixed with C#, 0 attempt has been made to get it off APL. People work here for 25 years or more and were genius's, they leave (or die) an no one has a clue how to maintain the application. Forget a salary raise for inflation changes, while they raise prices for their products and give it to their investors or some other project. Management says your salary is competitive and above average (so stay with us), when you ask for the analysis they won't give it to you. So that's totally BS. Growth and Salary is bad for a Finance Software Company of this caliber.
