We strive to be the epitome of a lean/agile workplace. We "eat our own dogfood" in that we run our business using the same lean/agile principles that we use to deliver value for our customers. It very well can be "chaotic" for some folks accustomed to more traditional ways that companies run things. Our values are our aspirations...and its an ongoing drive to reach the epitome of our stated values. We definitely can be cited for not being always living our values...but we'll keep working at it!
