La Flexibilidad en los horarios, salarios arriba del promedio, politica de work from home, todos son buena onda, posibilidad de crecimiento con clientes de estados unidos.

Minpunten

Las oficinas no son tan grandes y algo incómodas algunas veces, no tienen tantos beneficios apesar del work from home es un punto a mejorar.

Everything is horrible, starting from the fascist HR people that makes the rules and is in charge of applying it. If you are vegetarian you cannot talk about it, if you are a femenist you can't either, if you agree with the rights of people, you can't talk about it and you have to stay quiet while homophobic and misogynist employees bully you. People leave the company all the time and they are losing clients, maybe because of the poor management. Stay away.
