Some very good people working there who are crazy helpful ... many are probably gone by now, which says so much about poor management!

Health benefits are atrocious with ridiculous deductibles and high monthly payments.
Pay is atrocious as well, being so far below par, it barely registers.
If you were a chosen one, you got great accounts at the expense of defined territories for others.
They lack patience when it comes to Sales process, pipe building, explanation on why specific accounts within a territory went to someone outside of that territory, and in general provide no real feedback falling back on sales platitudes that are meaningless.
Marketing continues to send mixed messages that don't address growth areas which continues to confuse potential customers.
Did I mention the terribly low pay and hideous health benefits?
