Pluspunten
If, like I, you prefer to work for a company who are a SME with the same culture as corporate / enterprise (nice offices, ambition, growing), then Simplify IT is a great place to work.
It's a small(ish) team with a very good social culture, a friendly working environment and the Engineers are some of the best I've worked with of 20 years in the IT Industry.
The Sales team are tight, everyone helps each other out and we mostly work with FTSE 1000 companies.
I personally, have introduced friends into this organisation to show the level I advise it being a good place to work.
Minpunten
It's very busy, lots of training and exams as well day to day work but that's the same in all IT companies, yearly certification is a must in this industry. I haven't worked for an IT company who don't face this challenge.
