There are a lot of opportunities to learn, from slack channel to individual contributors willing to help on different projects. The company really is a close-knit group. Communication is great within the company through Slack which is definitely better than Hangouts. Its easy to work with offshore resources and distance isnt really a factor because of zoom. Work from home options are a big plus. The company really shows that when you take care of your employees, the employees will take care of the business.
