Pluspunten
Simplusis a culture first workplace who takes the employees into account in every decision. This coupled with one of the best leadership teams I have ever seen gives Simplus the framework of a great place to work. Simplus hires with culture in mind as well. No one, no matter how "valuable" gets a free pass on the core values. An underdog spirit, critical thinking, and stewardship for clients and co-workers alike are a common thread through the company that all of the employees have in common. It is not unusual for employees to be friends outside of work and really provides a sense of family and comradery.
Minpunten
If a person is not good with change, they might struggle here. Leadership does a good job of keeping everyone informed, but Simplus is growing so fast that they need to be able to work in a changing (not unstable) environment critical.
