Simplus has been rapidly growing since its start, and because of that we've always looked for many avenues to boost headcount and staff projects. Both our bootcamps and external hiring efforts have served this purpose. We've been happy to see many of our bootcampers continue to develop their skills and advance to more senior positions using our certification program and company-paid testing fees. This includes both Salesforce certifications as well as other valuable project management and technology platforms.
