Pluspunten
Flexible work hours are the best, there's a good work life balance which is respected by everyone, There's a great culture (remote if needed but contact hours in the office if wanted) there's also monthly all hands and events organised by the culture champs. The office is lovely and you're always around food. The general enviroment is also friendly and understanding. There's also a good amount of autonomy and trust within teams. Because we're small there's also a good amount of learning opportunity.
Minpunten
Being such a small company there's sometimes lack of resource or someone to ask questions to. Sometimes the lack of resource can be stressful at times and things go wrong. We're also not always able to carry out what we want to acheive due to resource constraint. Due to the nature of being small career opportunities can be good for some people but not always for others
