Hi - thanks for taking the time to review your time with our firm, we're sorry to hear that your experience wasn't a positive one. We don't condone rude or bad behaviour within the firm, it's very much against our values, so thank you for bringing it to our attention that you felt this was below your expectations. We'll address this and if we find that some additional training is required then we'll make sure this is implemented. We believe our pay is reflective of the current market, and we have recently undertaken a benchmarking review to ensure this is the case, which is something we do on a regular basis. Basic salary is increased on an annual basis and all team members in our customer care team have the opportunity to achieve a regular (currently quarterly) bonus.
