We're working hard to make sure that everyone is visible and accessible, but we don't get it right every time and sometimes due to the demands of people's jobs it can be difficult to spend time with everyone. Salaries are very low for the market, and salary increases are tiny They struggle with retention so there is a high turnover of colleagues Terrible IT
