Recently was enrolled for Lead program where various aspects related to leading a team were taught and discussed which helped build a good perspective towards it. Good Culture : The people management team is doing a great job for achieving this by conducting regular feedbacks & connect sessions. Also conducting multiple events for nurturing healthy atmosphere.

Work Life Balance : Sometimes a lack of adequate resources leads to the termination of many duties, which throws off the work-life balance. Compensation & Hikes : The compensation and hikes given could be better.
