Very few. There are friendly people at the company, but the majority are overstressed from the work load and the lack of honesty. Company changed significantly after COVID / investors took over.
Minpunten
-Management is poor, and extremely dishonest. You will be told several versions of a story and will not get the truth until your team has been reshuffled/gutted several times -Poor allocation of resources. They hire the lowest common denominator and set them up as level 1 support. Sabotages the entire support process. Majority of support team is from Mexico and the Philippines, and the majority of those support team members are ESL. -You will have to claw and fight for even remotely decent compensation. They will routinely hire new workers at higher rates than existing employees and will ask you to lie about how you're being compensated to your teammates. -Changes to support team wide policy and procedure seem to be on a need to know basis, i.e. you will not find out until well after a new rule has been implemented. DO NOT WORK HERE. DO NOT SUPPORT A COMPANY THAT TREATS ITS' EMPLOYEES LIKE THIS. THIS COMPANY IS AS UNAMERICAN AS IT GETS.
