Some genuinely good people in the organisation who are very talented and a pleasure to work with.

Minpunten

The leadership team is inexperienced, with an inflated ego. They don't know how to bring a company from a small startup to a more successful company and their pride is standing in the way of this being successful company with happy employees. Their lack of knowledge and inexperience trickles down to create chaos and lack of strategy. Compensation is not good either, they rather squeeze out extra throughput from a mediocre employee than to pay more for a stellar one. It's definitely on of those places to learn quickly and then just move on.
