Minpunten
In 2024, a significant portion of the London pricing team departed, and in 2025, new pricing management was brought in. Unfortunately, the leadership style created a challenging work environment. Pricing management often dismissed team input, micromanaged excessively, and delegated unrealistic workloads to junior staff while spending most of the time in meetings that added little value. This approach not only hindered productivity but also contributed to low morale across the team. Despite raising concerns through appropriate channels, no meaningful action was taken. This lack of accountability reflects poorly on the company’s culture and its willingness to address serious management issues. Career progression within the pricing and business planning teams is virtually non-existent, and I would caution others considering roles in these areas.
