- many coworkers are genuine, kind people. positive office environment - access to broadway shows - decent work/life balance other than covering night shows (which can be a perk)

Minpunten

- resistance to innovation in favor of status quo - politics run deep- there is definitely a "cool kids club" of longtime employees/friends who get much more visibility and opportunity - growth timelines are too long and pay is lacking
