I've seen the other people handle such situations on the contrary where the seniors pressurise, downgrade the juniors and not help effectively to resolve the issues * I've been able to overcome bottlenecks thanks to the opportunities the company is giving me to tackle such requirements and as a result expand my knowledge base. * There's no way that you work for a project and there're no ups and downs in the road. That's a part of being an engineer, to be in some positions that might trigger severity but with some patience in the long run, it's a win win.
