I am not sure where to start with this company. I was on a contract for Six3 for 6 months. It was my first government contracting experience after leaving the military and I was shocked by what I found. The onsite managers had no interpersonal skills with contractors and never went out of their way to engage with employees; I found that very odd. Additionally, I was severly underpaid in comparsion to people without college degrees or experience. With a masters degree and five years of intelligence experience there were people making 15 - 20k more than me who did not even have an associates degree. The work I was contracted to do was mindless and could have been done by high school interns. This company is being absorbed by CACI and hopefully managers will learn how to manage.
