The Rental Sales Agent role at Sixt is meant to offer friendly competition among yourself and other RSA’s since a big portion of your earnings comes from commission. We have seen that light competition can be very motivating for our employees. Although you do need to meet sales goals, it is important to always build a relationship with the customer and make sure that their needs are met. Please keep this in mind when executing your role! Exceeding goals will come naturally once you get to know your customer. Additionally, since our locations are open 7 days a week and some 24 hours a day, the hours will fluctuate on a monthly basis.
