-Management are homophobic and make inappropriate sexual comments. -Minimal hours / minimal pay until peak season -You're 20 mins away from Jindy town, 40 mins away from the slopes (on a good day.) -You pay for your own ski pass. -No appreciation for staff. -Management favourites, some staff will get their own private rooms, rent free & heaps of hours. -Cabin fever. Unless you have a car / can care share and use freely don't work here, They don't let you use company vehicles. -Don't drink the water, buy bottled. - Seriously, you'll get sick. -They literally don't care about you. Honestly just work for Perisher / Thredbo instead, heaps better benefits.
