The business model appeared increasingly dependent on a single government client in the Middle East. Over time, what seemed to be a scalable product evolved into a highly customized solution tailored to that client, raising concerns about long-term sustainability and diversification of revenue streams. Several experienced project managers left the organization, and subsequent leadership changes significantly impacted the culture.
