Cost-cutting measures have led to numerous resignations, which seems to be a preplanned activity. Some leaders act as if they are operating at the standards of Microsoft or Facebook, but the reality is far from it—the pay and culture are worse than those of startups. Employees are left in the dark about their future with the company, as layoffs can happen at any time. Freshers are being hired to replace experienced employees, further undermining job security. The HR team appears powerless and continues to boast that the organization is performing well, which is far from the truth. Leaders conduct town halls that are nothing more than a façade, especially when it comes to addressing salary hikes and bonuses, which have been ignored for the past three years. Additionally, leaders from the US come and propose new initiatives without providing a clear roadmap, leading to further confusion and frustration among employees.
