This is easily the best job I have ever had. I am listened to, supported and know that I will continue to progress at a pace that is comfortable to me. I've learned a lot from the Senior Management team and feel comfortable asking for help/advice when I need it. I've never had private healthcare before, I now have that and an excellent holiday allowance. Genuinely, I am not interested in moving anywhere else for the foreseeable.

Sometimes long hours are required, but not very often and I'd rather get the job done than stress about rushing home when the trains are packed anyway.

Listened to on projects (not as common as you’d think in consulting!), flexible hours, compassionate and non-pressuring to return too soon after a bereavement, a lot of really lovely staff members
