However what they don't tell you is if the client receives any type of discount, that affects the magic number that they use to determine your pay. If the client is a member all of their services are automatically discounted therefore that has a negative impact. If somebody makes a mistake and the client services discounted that has a negative impact. Is The spar runza special, and the client receives a discount that has a negative impact. So they they tell you about the ability to make more money when in actuality it's almost impossible. the turnover rate for front desk and management is high. I think that's because they demand too much of them for what they are being paid but I'm not 100% sure on that. There is no continuing education assistance or reimbursement.
