The initial vision for the product and service was excellent! The founding team members who have been with the company since its inception are the true heroes, as they're the reason the business hasn't collapsed yet. Regrettably, few of these original team members remain, as the new SLT has taken the reins, impacting the company's culture, morale, and innovative spirit.

Subpar Leadership: The new management is driven by self-interest, squeezing the company for personal gain without investing in growth or employee development. Unlike previous leaders, they lack a sense of ownership and accountability. They neglect to acknowledge or appreciate hardworking employees, displaying a disturbing lack of empathy and basic human decency. Employees have nowhere to turn for guidance or support, as leaders focus solely on self-advancement. In my experience with various multinational corporations, I've never seen a management team so utterly failing in their duties and treating employees with such disregard. They rule with an iron fist, punishing those who speak out and prioritizing their own interests over the company's well being.They're profiting at the expense of specific employees and all customers, solely to benefit themselves and their preferred brands, with the ultimate goal of advancing their own careers and moving up the corporate ladder in another company when they've exhausted all opportunities here.
