Pluspunten

I find the work fun and the people I work with are great. There are plenty of opportunities to stretch yourself, learn a lot, and work hard, although the environment is usually pretty relaxed. This is the only place I've worked where I can honestly say that the technology is world-class.

Minpunten

We're experiencing some organizational and collaborative growing pains right now and the benefits could be better: no 401k match and the health benefits aren't amazing.

- Lots of hard problems to solve and you get to work with a lot of smart people. - You make real decisions making real impact in the world - Business seems to be growing quickly

Minpunten

- Not great comp. Can lead to lost talent, given talent is mobile and the market is on fire for all star engineers (which skydio has). - lots of talented people have left over the years. Low bus factors across the engineering orgs which induces strain on engineers.
